Il Fontanino is located in the heart of Tuscany, near the Colline Metallifere just a five-minute walk from the center of the village of Monticiano. The house can accommodate 3/4 people and is equipped with a double bedroom and a sofa bed for one and a half square. The two-room apartment consists of a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Outside there is a bright porch, which in the summer months is used for breakfasts, lunches and dinners enjoying the surrounding nature and convivial barbecues. Il Fontanino is equipped with a utility room with washing machine and is completely fenced with free parking.
Just 5 minutes away you will find a supermarket and shops, for any type of eventuality. In the surrounding area it is possible to organize numerous activities related to gastronomy, sports, family and nature such as the possibility of trekking.
